What we collect

• Information you submit through our forms: name, phone, email, country of residence, investment interest, budget, property preferences, and any message.
• Attribution data: UTM parameters, HTTP referrer, landing-page version.
• Technical data: IP address and browser user-agent, captured for rate-limiting and fraud prevention.
• Cookies and tracking pixels: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion measurement and ad retargeting.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry via your preferred contact method (WhatsApp, phone, email).
• To send you the documentation you requested (investor overview, brochures).
• To measure advertising effectiveness. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Your information is processed internally by Fine Acers International staff and by our technology vendors: Cloudflare (hosting), Brevo (email delivery), Apollo (contact enrichment), Google (Calendar, Analytics, Ads), Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn (advertising only). We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within seven working days.

Retention

Lead data is retained for 24 months. Unconverted leads beyond 24 months are anonymised. Cookie-based tracking data follows each vendor's default retention (Google 14 months, Meta/TikTok 90 days).
