Who we are

What we collect

• Information you submit through our RSVP form: name, phone, email, country of residence, investment interest, budget band, property preferences, preferred appointment windows, guest count, consent, and any message.
• Attribution data attached to your submission: UTM parameters, HTTP referrer, landing-page version, and the WhatsApp message variant that sent you.
• Technical data: IP address and browser user-agent, captured for rate-limiting and fraud prevention.
• Cookies and tracking pixels: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag. These are used for conversion measurement and ad retargeting.

How we use it

• To confirm your preferred appointment window and book your private preview.
• To send you the documentation you requested (investor overview, brochures).
• To follow up by your preferred contact method (WhatsApp, phone, email).
• To measure advertising effectiveness and improve our offers. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Your information is processed internally by Fine Acers International staff (currently Dayaparan, Nehal, Niharika) and by our technology vendors: Cloudflare (hosting), Brevo (email delivery), Apollo (contact enrichment), and Google Calendar (appointment confirmation). We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing daya@fineacers.international. We will respond within seven working days.

Retention

RSVP data is retained for 24 months. Unconverted leads beyond 24 months are anonymised. Cookie-based tracking data follows each vendor's default retention (Google 14 months, Meta/TikTok 90 days).
